Need to buy or borrow a set of dies for Lazzeroni 7.82 Warhawk! I bought a set of dies and some brass before I bought a rifle chambered in 7.82 Warhawk. As luck would have it, USPS decided to lose the package! Now ai have a rifle and no way to load for it! I have 40 pieces of brass coming from Lazzeroni but I need to size it and seat bullets for load development and then load the 40 rounds so I have something to use with the rifle.

If you have a set of dies I can buy or borrow, I thank you in advance!

Thanks,

RC

Me either. I had a warbird and meteor at one point, but never heard of the “hawk”. I am not recoil sensitive, but man, that meteor packed a punch!

Thread 'Yard Sale bonanza score of misc. dies, ammo, cases (.280 Rem, .300WSM, .340 Weatherby, etc.)'

I love yard sales; you never know what you'll run across.

At a recent one I was there early enough to see 13 boxed reloading dies (RCBS & Hornady), some for calibers I'll never own: .270 Wby, .340 Wby, etc. $4 each. Hmmmm, OK.

Three boxes of 165gr TTSX Federal once fired .300WSM brass (and five rounds).
(Since I've never had any .300 Mag, I'll look into a .300WSM for myself.)

Four plastic bins full of misc. loaded rounds and fired cases of the wildest variety: .22-250, .25-06, .257 Roberts, .30-30, .270, .280, .300RUM, .340 Wby, and even <wait for it> some 7.82 Lazzeroni. Nearly...

Saw this the other day - maybe ask him? No clue on the Warbird or Warhawk designation, but still worth an ask.

Don’t know if they can ship to USA, but Ellwood Epps says they have 33 boxes of factory ammunition.

Always wanted a Laz 6.53 (25 cal) scramjet. Congrats on the new rifle

I went elk hunting with John Lazzeroni’s brother. I haven’t talked to him in a long time, but I could always check through our mutual friend.

Might try reaching out to the company. They are usually pretty good about support from what I remember.

They had brass but no dies and no advice on how to find them. They told me RCBS made the dies originally but they don’t anymore. CH4D is 18 months out on anything not on their shelves.

I had Redding build a die set for me once-maybe reach out to them and see if they can help. I’m sure other companies do it as well but have no experience with them

I would call Redding, you'd be surprised what they have on the shelf collecting dust.

Do you mind me asking what auction you are referencing? I'm not in the market for any of those rifles...just curious.

Good morning from Montana.

I'm looking at a post from 2018 where you were looking for a lefty Winchester in .375 H&H Magnum. I'm selling mine. My email is [redacted] in the event that you're still searching for a unicorn.

Best,

Kelly Palmer
