This is my first classified listing; I usually buy and hold, but I'm shoved by @SStomcat and his 10-year rifle thread and I have another project in the works that could use a down payment. For AH references, I purchased all of the bullets from @huntermn15, @intj, and @JMJ888, the Remington brass (except the nickel) from @Dirtdart, and sent a Pay it Forward item to @Hedge774. I even (almost) bought some bullets from that @rookhawk fella.
The rifle is new, Portugal manufacture, unfired, purchased new in November and I picked up the other items along the way. I took the front sight hood off, but it is included. The scope is a Leupold Patrol 6HD 1-6x30 recommended by @Mark Biggerstaff when they went on 50% sale at europtic last year. The Gen1 sale models are $100 more now and there's a Gen2 out at twice the price. The DNZ one-piece scope base is well made and specific to the Safari Express; note the bar is offset to the left for excellent clearance. The scope and base were mock mounted to show the setup. Included are two SARCO Mauser replacement magazine springs recommended by @Mark A Ouellette. The rest of the items should be self-explanatory; there are 848 bullets and 235 pieces of brass.
Asking just under what I have in the package, minus any shipping and tax I paid - $4200 and I'll pay all shipping - the rifle FFL to FFL and the other items direct. I have yet to decide if I'm willing to break up the package into smaller chunks IF there's no interest; we'll see. I can accept certified check, MOs, PP F&F. Thanks!
