I have the signed 1st Edition of this book, limited to 1000 copies. I have read it 3 times. A must before a buff hunt.

I had one of these (green hardcover as I recall). Let someone borrow a while back and never to return. Oooof.
 
Great book. It's interesting to see the prices increase on books over the years. I would rather buy good books than another rifle. I used to feel the opposite.

I used to lend my stuff out and would forget who I lent it to and have to buy another. People who borrow often forget what they borrowed and from whom. Now I only lend stuff with a deposit of something they value more than the item I lend. Collection actions are no longer needed.

Yep. Green cover. You should get it back. It’s a 300-400 dollar book.

It is the center piece on my living room coffee table!!!
 
It is a great book. Very informative. I got one for a deal.
 
Several copies available on eBay as well for around $200.
 
Someone needs this! It’s the center piece of my bookshelf!

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
