Although I do not know @Gajak or this rifle, I can report that I first hunted Tanzania with the same model of rifle and caliber. I think it's an ideal "one gun" for DG and PG if you're looking for more than a .375 but don't need/want a .458. 400gr/2400fps A-Frame will nicely handle buff or other DG, but for PG you can load 350gr/2600fps to shoot as flat as a 180gr .308.

This seems a lot of rifle and capability for $1800. The quality is very good, and .416 Rem Mag is available in Africa if you need it.

Damn. Looks like I am too late here in Houston. Whomever gets it will be lucky. I just started collecting the Model 70's. I have the .270, 30.06, .357 and was looking at the .416 for next. Guess I will have to pay more attention.
