I like fast 7’s and in general stay with lighter bullets at max velocity. I see the 7’s for long range shooting on light big game. In your case I doubt long range will come into play so I’d opt for the AccuBond because of my experience with them.
If you are worried about them being thick skinned then why would you not recommend the monolithic CX bullet? Definitely will out penetrates the Accubond everytime.
Either will work. I’d say shoot what is the most accurate in your rifle.
If you’re only shooting in the bushveld I would go with the CX. If you’re hunting areas where both close shots as well as longer shots are needed the Accubond is probably better.
Overall they are both great bullets!
i have used the CX quite a bit as well as Accubond. I prefer the CX. Have had Accubonds open to quick and also pencil thru. Not often but the CX is boringly the same result every time.
