I had this rifle built to shoot ground hogs in PA
300 Rd’s +/-. Muzzle Break. Masterclass stock
Right bolt Left port Jewel trigger 30 in barrel.

I’m not familiar with bench rest guns. What’s the advantage if the right bolt left ejection port?

Looks like a nice rig.
 
Hello Russ, I ran into a guy that shot 1000yd benchrest competition in Williamsport Pa while I was chasing ground hogs. He suggested the specs and configuration for this gun if I wanted something to reach out and touch ground hogs. When they shoot on the bench it is convenient for right hand shooter to have bullets and gear to his left so he can work bolt normally and see his stuff and chamber without having to leave the gun to take cartridges from bench and look at chamber on the right side. It is handy in the field also.

its been that way for me a left handed shooter, useing right hand rifles from the bench. i shoot and work the bolt with my right hand, never taking my left hand off the grip while loading another shell into the chamber. pretty quick once you get onto it.
 
What is the twist rate please.
 
Wow, that's a nice rifle !! ........and that caliber gives up nothing to any other.

I am again looking for 600 Nitro dies preferably RCBS 1 inch. The set I purchased previously are 1 1/2 inch and do not fit my die. Another member has graciously taken them off my hands.
