Greetings fellow hunters, My wife and I are returning to South Africa, August 26, for our 2nd Safari. This time we are bringing our friends on their first Safari. The wives want to see Victoria Falls after the Safari. What do most of you do to secure your rifles and Safari gear, when going from South Africa to Victoria Falls?

If you are staying at any of the guesthouses in JNB they will typically hold your rifles for you if you plan to travel back to JNB after your Vic Falls trip. I use Africa Sky whenever traveling through JoBerg. Some use Afton and say it is great as well.

You could leave them with the outfitter as well and pick them up on the way back. I did a similar thing, though the glamping portion of my trip was at the start as my girlfriend was not going to the hunting sites.

Left mine with Air2000

That's what I usually do

I have left rifles in the care of Aftons and Africa Sky. No problems, they both have secure areas for the rifles.

Thank you all! I have made arrangements with Amore Guest House in Joburg. They also helped facilitate our tours.

We did the same thing. My outfitter Kemp African Safaris kept my rifles during our stay at Vic Falls. Picked them up after the trip on the way to the airport. So worth it. Enjoy!

Thank you @tbonett! We hooked up with our overnight host and they are going to store our rifles while we tour.

See you are from Denmark - see quite a few Danes where I stalk in Scotland - great hunters.
The Harkilia stuff works well in Africa - I have a bit for use here in UK.
I am again looking for 600 Nitro dies preferably RCBS 1 inch. The set I purchased previously are 1 1/2 inch and do not fit my die. Another member has graciously taken them off my hands. If anyone happens to have a set of 600 Nitro Dies that will fit my Rockchucker Supreme RCBS press, please shoot me a message and thanks in advance for any assistance you may have to offer!
I have not posted any items for sale on this forum and will not every put anything for sale. My account was hacked and I've worked with the admin to get things shut down.
