Hello from Alabama. Heading to Africa for second time and need to find a left handed double!

Hello,

I'm originally from STX and currently live in Montgomery, AL. I went to Zimbabwe after buff a few years back and am heading to Moz next year after elephant, buff, and kudu. I have a .375, but am in need of a larger double in a lefty configuration if any of you know someone looking to offload one.

Come to @Rare Breed ‘s big-bore shoot in two weeks and see and handle a few. May even be a lefty there that can help.

Okay my friends, I finally have the date and details for our first Big Bore Shoot as follows:
Date: Saturday March 14, 2026
Location: My 40-acre farm located at 147 Robert Hodnett Road, Pine Mountain, GA 31822 about 85 miles south of Atlanta and 50 miles North of Montgomery AL.
Details: Robert Hodnett road (named for my grandfather) is a straight 500-yard road up a hill. You will see the same Africa Hunting.com Dinner sign you will see at both DSC and SCI at the top of the hill, so you know you are in the right place. I will have orange cones for you to simply follow...

The person I had bought it from wants it back. I will sell it back to him at what I have in it. He is going for an elephant hunt in September.

However, I do have a never fired true lefty VC in .450 NE that I can sell.

Man, if this V-C was right-handed in 450NE, I would snap it up in an instant, even though
I have a new Heym 89 Jumbo on the way in 450. The V-C is a really nice rifle and with the round body a real pleasure to carry in the field. Have shot a 450-400 and have regrated not buying it for several years, also shot a PH's 470 and it was more pleasant to shoot than the 88B I have in 470. Gramme Wright really loves the 450NE, I discussed it with him at length in Atlanta last month.

Bobby you will regret not seeing if you can deal on this one.

Thank you so much for the info! I had not seen any for sale online so was unfamiliar with the make, but they certainly sound like solid guns.

new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
