Hi Hakki

Big Impala= Limpopo Province, most area has big Impala you just need to find the right Outfitter
Springbuck= Jules of the Karoo Safaris but you will have to make a booking now and wait until it's your turn
Kudu 60"= Soutpansberg Mountain

Kudu 60"= Soutpansberg Mountain

Can add the waterberg in Limpopo to this as well. Also certain areas in Namibia...
Also keep in mind that a 60" kudu especially a 60" kudu hunt is no cake walk and success rates are low under fair chase conditions....

Hunting the correct areas as far as genetic history such as the soutpansberg, waterberg and spots in Namibia are concerned is a good start.

There are operations that will sell you a 60" kudu but wether or not.. you will be satisfied with the hunting aspect is a entirely different subject to consider.

Remember to ask pertinent questions with regards to hunting conditions, size of specifically the area you will be hunting(not concession size) but rather the particular ranch you will be hunting, especially if you are serious as far as the hunting aspect is concerned,

Good luck and I hope you enjoy your safari

My best always.

I agree, having hunted with Jaco the 60" class Kudu are in his area, but it is a hunt, not a purchase. I took a very large Impala there also. Highly recommended hunt.

Very good advice there Jaco.

I cannot speak for the Waterberg or Namibia. What I can say is that I saw some really Big Kudus in Tosca a few months ago and that I know that the Soutpansberg Mountain has 60 class bulls. They are not like rabbits all over the show but if you are in the right place at the right time you will connect with one.

For anyone looking to shoot a big kudu my advice would be to book your hunt in the rut May to June.

I hunt in the Soutpansberg Mountains, a total of 18000ha that is made out of four farms. The biggest Kudu I have seen so far, I would say is not less than 62 and it runs on 2000ha. The hunt is not easy as most of it is done on foot.

I currently have some trailcams up in the area and hope to catch some of these bulls in a picture. I will be able to post some pictures as soon as I am back from the Leopard hunt I have to attend to this week.

Although the Kudu is not a 60 class bull I thought to share it with you.

Nice deep curls!

Kudu-agree with Bosman and Jaco Soutpansberg and Waterberg, have also seen some very nice bulls in the Magaliesberg range near Rustenburg, especially free ranging bulls on the open farms.
Impala-Limpopo and Northwest bushveld.
60# Kudu are really hard to get ,most of the mountenous areas have a few, they are clever, and know how to use slopes and cover to hide and keep a distance.

No doubt you can buy a 60" Kudu somewhere if you really want one but why not get out there with a rifle and leave the tape measure behind?
Enjoy the hunt for one, the experience. You may get lucky if you're in the right area, you might not. Look for a trophy you will enjoy, not how big it is.
Do you want a Kudu with big deep curls that sacrifice length or a tall shallow curled trophy that is tall but not as beautiful? If you hunt by inches, I feel you are missing out on the bigger picture.

Uganda has some massive impala.

You can have all three at once if you have enough money.

The 12.5 inch bases is a dead give away that it's a huge kudu, I'm not sure I could have said 60 either but I would have said "SHOOT", "SHOOT"!!!!!

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc

Good morning John, I just read your setup procedure for the northstar duplicator ator. I found it very hand and I did learn some things. I have the same machine and I am having a problem i can not figure out and was hoping you could shed some light on the subject.
