Hi everybody!

I've got a bunch of .600NE ammo for sale. They were left behind by a good friend who imported them to Tz for a Buff hunt back in 2010. He lives in the states and handloaded the ammo himself. I won't export the ammo anywhere in the world as the exportation process is a tedious one for us.

The reason I'm posting here is if it happens there's a member who owns a .600NE and comes over to Tz for a hunt, just let me know and I'll arrange to deliver the ammo personally should you be interested. I've no clue what they're worth (so you guys can help with that) but an offer will be much appreciated.

AMMUNITION DETAILS

NUMBER OF ROUNDS: 97
SOLIDS: 60
SOFTS: 37

LOAD DATA

LOAD YEAR: 2009
PRIMERS: Federal 215 magnum primers
POWDER: Reloader 15 powder at 120grains based on the original cordite load of 100gr
VELOCITY: Just over 1800 fps
BULLETS: 900gr Woodleigh solids & softs
BRASS: Bertram. They are all new shells

They were loaded for a double rifle built by B. Searcy that he has since sold. (He told me it was the first ever that Butch built in this caliber)

Feel free to PM me or email me at gm@eshkeshsafaris.com for more info.

hello!
I would be interested in purchasing these rounds. Do you still have them?
Is there any way to test their reliability?, since I would need for hunting big game. Thank you

You know, he told me just that at the beginning, but I guess I was able to cajole him to put me on the queue. this was over a year ago. In the meantime his son died.

he's almost done on mine.

I have purchased rounds from "big bore Ammo" but I saw your post with the 600 rounds.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
