First Trophy taken on my trip to Africa.
I bagged it in the duty free in Atlanta.

If I’m able to make a report, I’ll make one! All you can drink beer and bourbon!

Like many a foolish child, I once many years ago tried to drink all the whiskey my buddies had, at one sitting:eek:, after working all day in the sun, on an empty stomach:eek:! I am sure no further description is necessary. I did survive it, but only just. No hard stuff has passed my lips since but for a bit of Amarula while in Africa. Beer only for me and only one per session except on very rare occasions. Just looking at those bottle gives me the dry heaves.:(

Don't need the fire for the heat ...... it burns for the romantic in me LOL ....... love the smell and the crackle
Glen
Not sure where you live, but even as much of a romantic as I am, no way am I lighting any kind of fire this time of year, except for grilling and smoking meat. ;)

Our nighttime lows are in the upper 70s until some time in September. Then it'll cool off just enough for tomato vines to start setting their blooms.

We have 9 months of Summer and 3 months of bad fishing

Not cheap.. and not easy to find..

But 2 sips of Barterhouse 20 year bourbon will bring you closer to God..

That stuff is 750ml of miracles in a bottle..

Im down to about 1/4 of a bottle now, and am not sure how easy its going to be to find the next one.. so its strictly a "special occasions" sipping whiskey only from this point until the next bottle finds a home in my cabinet..

$450 a bottle in Aus. Bit above me but something I'd love to try someday

At $450 it would be a bit above me as well... Wow! you guys pay some serious taxes on alcohol imports!

Its usually about $150 here if you can find it on the shelf somewhere.. and about $175-$200 if you can find it online..

Still pretty expensive... but I can normally stretch a bottle out for a couple of years... so, I break down and pay the price whenever I can find a bottle (most shops I have found it at out wont sell more than 1 bottle to 1 customer.. or I'd buy 2 or 3 when given the opportunity)...

Everything is dearer in Australia! Can't wait to get to the states for hunting/whisky drinking! We can bring 3 bottles back into the country here so I'll make sure that ones on the list.

Jake, Sorry to bug you again. I was wondering if you could share a. couple actual pics of this crossbow with me?

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc

Good morning John, I just read your setup procedure for the northstar duplicator ator. I found it very hand and I did learn some things. I have the same machine and I am having a problem i can not figure out and was hoping you could shed some light on the subject.
