Looking for some 30 cal Nosler Partition or Accubond bullets, preferably 185gn+

I also wouldn't mind trying some Swift A-Frames

Shooters pro shop has 30 cal 200 grn accubond
I'm never fast enough for these. Seems like people buy them up and then toss them on gunbroker for 2x the price.

If any of these interest you, drop me a pm. Top box is new, bottom boxes will have some used out of them, I can provide counts and send pix if you have interest-

Thanks for the heads up, they must have just run a batch. I wonder how long it might be before they push some 200's.

No idea on the 200 gr AFs. I don't recall ever seeing them in stock ( probably have, but dont remember). I've caught the 180s and 165s several times and have a good supply.

What do you shoot the 180s out of? Im loading for a 300 prc that will come on safari with me next year.

I load the 180 A-F for a 30-06, V at 2,758 fps. I took it to Africa in 2021and took 9 animals including Zebra, Blue Wildebeest, and my Kudu. They performed very well, although a 375 would not have been too much for the frontal chest shot on the BWB.

I think (based in part on what others have said), the 180 AFs perform as well as 200 grain Partitions. Maybe better.

I was not impressed by the 200 gr NPTs used by a hunter in our group with a 300 WM, btw. Shot placement was also a factor, most likely.

I think the 200 grain AFs would be ideal in your PRC. No experience with the 180 grain Barnes, but I suspect those would also perform near ideal at magnum velocities. Assuming they shoot well in your rifle.

I reached out to Swift, and within 10 minutes I had an answer. 200 grain a-frames will be available soon. I think they're going to be a great safari bullet in this PRC. I only wish they made them in 215 or 220.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.
