Wanted Ruger No. 1 Stainless In .458 Lott

I will pay a very fair finders fee to anyone that leads me to or them to me. This rifle will be loved and meticulously cared for. I’m looking to build up my Ruger collection with this rifle and a Ruger Red Label all weather!

I have one in the safe that I got at ducks unlimited or something like that years ago. I’ll have to dig it out, but I think the barrels are 26.

I thought 28 was the longest made and I’m not sure I ever saw one.

They did not make many of them. What ever they made they split in different models. Like the stainless with timber they made very few.

I must admit, I have used this rifle extensively in testing my cast, swaged & paper patched and my swaged .458 bullets made from spent 45ACP brass.
The bore has cleaned up to as new every time.
These rifles must be about the strongest on earth!
