Badly scarred from fighting....Young lady in her teens that shot him was disappointed, but not when picked up, she never stopped smiling.....

Can do or not do it, customer preference. The young lady in her teens was ecstatic....Could be her only zebra ever.

I had to check it a few times but yes, that's both the same animal and a bit of magic, well done. I agree, mine is very scarred up as well but this isn't my trophy and you have done a superb job for her. Very glad to hear she was appreciative!

Nicely done.

I like the battle scars. It gives the animal credibility for surviving in a hostile world. My black wildebeest has several scars on his face and is missing about an inch off one horn. My PH was very concerned that the beast was not perfect and offered me another one for free. I declined. That old guy had had a rough life from the looks of him. Skin and bones, what teeth he had left were worn down to nubs, body scarred up. Someone had shot him in the right front knee so he was not moving the best. It was time.

Good morning,
Did you hunt w Leeuwkop at their ranch or in Zimbabwe? The ranch looks awesome, but I'll be in Zimbabwe for buffalo and whatever else we dig up.
What did you hunt for?
Vaccines?
What rifle did you use?
I feel like I need a good cotton safari shirt and an ammo belt to make the hunt feel right!
How often did you shoot prior to going?
Did you use sticks for shooting practice?

Tedd
