I had a Sauer 100 in 9.3x62. Mine had very accurate barrel and nice factory trigger. Unfortunately, about half the time when firing. The recoil impulse would flex the rifle (factory wood stock) and the cheap plastic magazine would fall out of the gun. I got rid of it after Blaser group in TX “repaired” it. Just lost all confidence with it.Field Ethos has collaborated with Sauer on a rifle in 9.3 called the Exception that is super slick looking. Right around 2500-3000 in cost. I've been pondering one for myself. I think it would look sweet with one of Leica's new glossy scopes on it. I forget which model its built on, whether its the 100 or 101 etc.
Anyone have more experience with the Sauer line of rifles?
^^ take him up asap…I’ve got a Lipsey’s edition Ruger and a bunch of ammo I’d let go. PM if interested
