A long shot ask but am looking for a 50-round box of Woodleigh .410, 400 grain softs. These regulate perfectly in my double.
If anyone has a box to spare, greatly appreciate it.

@cajunchefray
Mate I checked all the gunshops I know in Australia.
At the moment you would have more luck find a unicorn farting rainbows than Woodleigh bullets until production picks back up.
I even rang Woodleigh directly and again a no go.

Bob,

You're a good mate, thank you for checking with Woodleigh. I appreciate that they are getting back in business, and making the most common, popular projectiles first. I knew it was a long shot but had to ask.
My double 450/400 3 inch regulates perfectly with the Woodleigh with 65 grains Reloder 15.
I'm burning a lot of powder working on Hornady 400 DGX. Not the same bullet profile.

Off to the range again!

@BobNelson35 Whelen

Thanks for the tip. I have checked Cabela's for the Woodleigh bullets. No dice.
I have checked Jim's Firearms in Baton Rouge as well, and my gunsmith in Baton Rouge.
I'll keep looking.

I have a couple of boxes of Hornady DGX and one box of DGS if your interested.. I have been using CEB Bullets in my Doubles they regulate well and the bore riding design is the easiest on older barrels of the all the bullets available

Well done on that @glblanchard i was just offered 28 of those for my .405 & was considering it at NZ $3 ea but counter offered $2, bit far to ship & it looks like you might be Ok now ?

Hi cajun, I have 5 boxes exactly like that. Make me an offer.
Gordon
Hello Gordon,

Thanks for your offer. I will pay you $80 for one box of 50, shipped, USPS Flat rate box. It won't fit in the original Woodleigh box, but I will take one without the original package.

I'm 90% there with my regulation load development, I think I have it dialed in. Just want to validate, I'm down to my last 6 bullets.

Let me know. I can send you a USPS Money order for payment.

Strange that they let boxes out into the market with a typo on the sectional density
