Wanted Need Help Finding CZ550 Part For Purchase

Afternoon All,
I’m trying to help my father locate a new rear sight blade and screw for his CZ550. We were disappointed to find it fell off somewhere in the mountains of West Texas this past year.
As you can see it is the adjustable type that slides up/down on the base (ramp) for elevation.
If anyone is running a scope and would like to sell their rear sight, or knows where I can purchase the part please let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated. He is currently wanting to get a set of AA QD rings so he can start shooting the irons again.

It looks like it could possibly be (or be compatible with) a Williams sight.

The LPA website led me to find the correct part. I then found one of their dealers with an online store and purchased it.
