Update: booked the flights after service center to first book the flight and afterwards they can add on the firearms and ammo as baggage onto the booking.
I'll put into the request at the time of my choosing and they will tell me what they need for approval. They say at least 24 hours before departure but of course I will not wait that long to get my things in order.
