What was Highveld's reply to the Nyala not being yours? Did they try to make things right?

The solution to fix my Impala was for me to ship it back to them, so they could fix it, and then me pay shipping back. I was going to pay for my Impala to go round trip back to Africa to fix their screw up.

Just a runaround, couldn't find my horns so not much they could do. Now I have a space on the wall where my nyala should be. I guess I'll have to go back for another one...

I'm wondering about another option the OP (and others) may have, and that's First Class Trophy and their "all inclusive" option. Anyone familiar? That may work out best for our Norwegian friend.
Thoughts???
