Swift a frame .475 dia for 470 nitro express? Wouldn't that cause excessive pressure?
 
So the 470 nitros say they are .475 dia who has loaded these.
 
My go to for my 470's. Only thing I shoot in 470NE other than their BreakAway solids if needed.
Another good choice would definitely be North Fork SS 500gr and their Cup point solids! Stay away from Barnes in a double.
