Tired to post a pic since the video didn’t work
8 year old first one
Stalked him in a hay field
It stood up on its back legs.
Did not bother him a bit.
Good little lad

I recently dusted one at 120 yds with a 308, facing me, center punch the face. Makes me feel good, LAWD I hate those critters!

Besides sometimes suffering from leprosy, and going thud when they jump up underneath your car as you pass over them on the highway, what do they do wrong?

Well leprosy is enough ant it?
There a invasive spices in fl
They make holes in hay fields
They mess up clover
Fwc wants them killed
And they eat eggs Fwc says there especially bad on quail eggs
And completely un-pc they jump most of the time when you shoot them.
Very good practice with a handgun.

With him the other day. Good practice on something to stalk. And since they will stand up on there back legs. It gave me a good safe way to see what he would do with something he did not expect to happen.

Well, if you're going to kill them, might as well go whole hog and roll them on their back, then place a glass beer bottle in between their legs like they are laying back emptying it. Especially comical when left that way on the shoulder of a road...

Try a 450-400 it really stops the charge of the armadillo

Can’t don’t drink beer. Nothing against drinking but they forgot to finish the beer off in a still. Lol

Fwc recommend burring them they can carry leprosy with out having symptoms but can pass it on retivly easy.
I still have dads old horse/ cow burn pit
They go in it with a little fire.
Told my wife I want a flame thrower for them lol. You

If'n y'all want to see something hilarious you have to see @buck wild running down and armadillo in Texas. He made a running back look like an amature. Man he was side stepping, dodging and weaving like a man possessed chasing that little critter. He finat got to it and got a foot on its tail but when he bent down to pick it up it shook free and made its escape
While all these antics were going on my wife, his wife and I were sitting in the buggy cracking up laughing. It was one of the funniest sights we had seen in a long long time.
Short version
Armadillo 1 V @ Buck Wild zip.
Man it was something you would have paid money to see. Made the Keystone cop chases look sane.
You did give it a horrible shake up tho Buck.

He said he was going to try and catch the next one
I can’t get him to grab a opossum though

I can’t stand armadillos, they will burrow under foundations and dig up a yard. My wife has declared war on them so we keep a .22 by the back door for any opportunity that pop up.

My war started on the possum on the half shell when during our early goose season my great old Chesapeake Bay Retriever chased a crippled goose into some thick grass and stepped in a dillo hole and tore his ACL, took 4 months of tough rehab after surgery to get in hunting shape again.

Admittedly, I was a tad bit more spry in my younger days. :ROFLMAO:

Hello,

I saw your post selling left hand rifles. Do you have any additional pics of the .416 Rem mag?

Thank you.
