For those already in it, it can be shockingly large returns. The book is multiple times oversubscribed at the IPO price. S&P NOT letting it in is shocking to me given the size of the company and AI/Space/Defense being leading sectors driving GDP but I respect the quality standard.

I think everyone is going to get a lesson about the word, "trillion" soon. It sounds like "billion" but is unfathomably different.

Yes, i was surprised by the S&P response. I have a couple of orders in but really do not expect them to be filled. Supposedly 10X over subscribed. I do not expect any significant pull back anytime soon or maybe never. I know that is the norm for IPOs but this feels way different.
My wife says Musk is an alien. She may be right.
Or, he may be perpetrating the biggest hoax of all time. FOMO is very strong.

Look at what happened in Trumps first term in the last year…… Covid. This is not a coincidence. Anyways, like others have said, the opening price will be crazy and then the carpet will be pulled! I like Elon and I love Star link but my issue is that Star link is profitable but they are using all the profit and then some to throw at AI. Long term seems like a winner but at 1.5-2 trillion I don’t know. I’ll sit this one out for a while

Doubtful at 135, I am see there some folks got nine and some 1. I hired should be happy with 11. My order was more than 19. Maybe I should have place a smaller order and over multiple accounts too.

I couldn’t get it at 135 but a bit higher. Still got some and happy to do so. I’m only a recent dabbler in making my own portfolios but I’ll be damned if I’ll not invest in a company because of personality conflicts. I would posit like Amazon (due to AWS), it’s impossible to trade with anyone who is not somehow attached to them. SpaceX will be like that in my opinion.

I have plenty enough money to last me a lifetime. A couple probably. I don't need to speculate on goofy crap. Most of my investments are in bonds or Canadian banks (our banking system is one of the world's most solid if not the most solid). Steady income is more important than risking flash-in-the-pan. Anyway, I would die before giving Musk a dime. Certainly don't need money that badly.

Regardless of animosity towards Musk I got 11 of the 15 shares i ordered. I was truly expecting to receive 0 shares.

I got a whopping 12 shares out of the 100 I put in for on the IPO. SpaceX IPO shares were almost harder to get than Swift A-frames. ;-)
