Semiauto in Namibia

My pa is planning for a 2-person trip to Namibia,and I recently bought a cal.338 Win Mag Benelli R1.I've been to RSA and I know they forbid autoloaders，but some article says that semiauto rifle with magazine capacity not more than 5 round may enter Namibia for hunting use，so dose anyone know about the current firearm law for semiautos in Namibia？

Whether it’s potentially legal or not, you are asking for a problem you don’t need. The safari club information sheet on Namibia says semi-auto rifles are not legal. Also, most people fly to Namibia through Johannesburg. You typically need to overnight there and get a rifle permit still.

Seems I made a bad idea choosing a semiauto when looking for a .338 hunting rifle.Should bought a Winchester bolt instead...
