SCI Convention 2026 - Who Is Joining Me?

I plan to be there again, but this year I want to focus on the AH gathering. When and where will it be? We meet on the floor?

My son and I will be there on Friday and Saturday and if all goes well my wife and daughter will attend the convension on Saturday.

See everyone Friday night at the AH get together.

Yes you can buy 1-4 day passes and you get to choose the days. Neat new feature it seems! You do not have to have the day pass to attend the banquet in the evening. Just present your banquet ticket.
The Thursday night event at the Ryman will be awesome and will sell out soon. Don't miss it!
How do we get tickets to the Ryman? Through SCi or direct?

You can buy through SCI site. $300 per ticket for general admission.

Through SCI on the registration page. It will give you all the options there along with your day passes. Hurry!

It will be my first convention. Not sure how its all gonna work but ill be there
If I can answer any of your questions please reach out. It will blow your mind the first time!

My wife and I will be attending. We have found staying in Brentwood is relatively inexpensive and the drive in avoids all interstates. US 31 becomes Franklin Road which becomes 8th Ave which runs alongside the Music City Center. The savings make the 20 minute drive a bargain.
Nice option. Thanks!

I know we have our AH get together thread that is going to be great with @Rare Breed handling all the planning but I wanted to start another thread specific to the SCI Convention it self. This is an opportunity to ask questions or pose a complaint about convention for all of us to kick around.
Nashville has become the home of the incredible SCI Convention and it will be there for the foreseeable future. Since moving from Nevada every metric is up in attendance, total dollars raised, etc. This coming year looks to be another great one.
I serve on some SCI committees so I'll be there all week. I'll attend some but not all of the evening banquets. I certainly won't miss the finale on Saturday night featuring Little Big Town! I encourage everyone to attend at least one banquet night if for no other reason than to see how well SCI pulls off these big events. It is an incredible professional production and each night is different. Celebrities like Donald Trump Jr. are always in attendance.
I'll mention some unfortunate downsides to Convention. You need to book hotels very early to get the ones adjacent to the beautiful Music City Center and those are expensive. I know because I'm there for a week! Other hotels a bit further away are still available but don't delay! It is expensive to attend and you must be a member. This is true but it is the main fundraiser for SCI that carries the mission all year long fighting for hunters rights and keeping wild places wild. So when you buy your 4 Day pass or a ticket to an evening event it is all going to the mission we all support.
There is simply nothing like the SCI Convention and I hope you will join me and raise a glass to conservation!

Here is the link to convention:

I will be there all 4 days

we will be flying in Tuesday afternoon and leaving Friday morning.
I have not been to SCI in something like 15 years.
So much has changed but some will be the same. Enjoy!

Will tickets be available for purchase at the door or the registration desk as in the past?
Yes if there are any left. There will be the electronic kiosks that most will use to get badge and tickets but then there is the desk where you can buy memberships, convention passes, and evening event tickets. I would do it all ahead of time.

I have had four members ask if there wife’s to be a member to attend SCI and the answer is no. When you buy your passes online you go first buy say the four day pass as an example, they will use your membership you then have the opportunity to add a spouse/partner for how many days they want let’s say two in this example. They will use your membership to qualify her
What I have done the last few years is buy a life membership for a family member and then use that 4 day pass to pay for my wife. This is the best life member promo especially if you are attending anyway. I've done two like that and now have to decide who's next!

Just curious if the Convention Center is anywhere near its max capacity on Friday and Saturday?

The evening events and concerts occasionally sell out at events like this, so it's always better to plan ahead.

Also, in my opinion, if it's your first time in Nashville and you haven't been to the Grand O'l Opry, you need to go. :D

Thanks greatly! I'm leaving for the holidays so won't be around until 8 December. If that works I'll be appreciative. Address is Mason Reid, 1504 Driftwood Drive, Bozeman, MT 59715.

Sir, I think I have been writing to you about the purchase of the HK 639 rifle under an email "Tt Jake." If this is you, then I am truly interested. I am just trying to verify identify. Tt Jake is asking for a cash transaction. No disrespect intended, Just trying to verify who I am talking to. Thank you. Respectfully. Dan

Hey my friend, I am returning to SA for a Cape Buffalo hunt in June 26. My outfitter has suggested Highveld but I have read some poor reports. Wondering how satisfied you were with your mounts from them? Thanks in advance.
