Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone has done a stock swap on a BRNO ZKK 601. I just purchased one and I'd like to go with a different stock but I'm having trouble getting information. Will this action fit a regular 98 stock or perhaps a 550 or other CZ stock?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Riflestocks.com, Boyds or may check stockys stocks (I believe he is a member here).

I did just a quick search and there are several that offer replacement stocks. If I'm remembering right (from a really old thread here) I'm thinking the 601 and 550 are interchangeable, though there is fitting required, and obviously it would have to be short action.

the ZKK 601 is a short action, so not compatible with the regular length CZ 550 or ZKK 600 action stocks. Your rifle is definitely not compatible with regular M98 action inletting. You will need to contact the stock manufacturers to find one to fit, but they are made for sure, Boyd's is one supplier that I know of that makes a replacement for the ZKK 601.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
