Hi there, I have a Remington Model 700 ADL which is chambered in 7 Rem Mag. I would like to re-barrel this rifle to another chambering as I already have 2 other 7 Rem Mag rifles. I own rifles chambered in .223 Remington, .22/250 Ackley Improved, .25/06 Remington, .260 Remington, 6.5 x 55 Swedish, .300 Winchester Magnum, 8 x 57 Mauser, 9.3 x 62 Mauser and .45/70 Government. What am I missing?
.338 Winchester Magnum perhaps.

338win mag or since I already had one I rebarreled my 7mag to 264win mag. Best thing I ever did. It does everything the 7mag did but easier to shoot.

Considering that you have a long action and a .532" boltface; there are a lot of cartridges that could be used with very little more than a new barrel. Any long magnum is within reach- take your pick.

270 WBY - 7mm STW- 358 STA-340 WBY -30X338 WM and the list goes on

I had 2 Rem 700 in 7mm RM. rebarreled one to 340 Wby. Got rid of the 338 WM. Took the 340 to Alaska [5] and Africa [5] . Best move. Replaced the Rem extracter with a Sako. Two of the PH commented on the effectiveness of the 340.

I read an older thread that mentioned you having some 9.3x64 brass. Do you still have some? I am looking for 100 pcs, maybe 200.
