I might have to put some thought into re-barreling to 458 WM. I have a 375 and a 416 Rem. 458 would be fun to have. I have a .270 and a .300WM so a 7 Mag doesn't really do anything for me that I don't already have.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
