Rob hunted with @NewZealandSafaris in May 2025 during the Chamois rut and right when the older Bull Tahr were starting to move into the nannies. This reference was a great example of a hunter wanting to talk about his experience, taking 3 mature, exceptional trophy animals. The hunt is as much about the experience as it is about the animals. Hunters that truly want to experience mountain hunting at its absolute best in the wild, in the South Island of New Zealand, with no helicopters, no other hunters, wild animals with a game management plan in place that does not exist anywhere else in the country. This will be the hunt for you.
