Serious question, but how do you expect a rifle to be regulated perfectly for the one specific load you want to use in the gun?I have attempted a 25/100 yard zero for my 9.3x62. It is dead on with regard to windage and 3" low with Geco 255gr ammo. Ballistic tables indicate it should be .25" high at 25 yards for a 100 yard zero. When I called Ruger for a shorter front sight blade, their work from home, incompetent service guy parroted "we can only send you a replacement blade that is the same size as the one on the rifle". Or, of course, they will send you a pick-up label to send it back to them and they will fix it - after I run the risk of having it stolen, or it being smashed going to Ruger and coming back. No, thanks! I will put int the NECG replacement front site blade when it comes in from Midway 12DEC25. I don't think it is too much to expect a rifle with an MSRP of $1,640 to be better regulated, and to not have a John Deer repair approach when it comes to a front sight blade!
