That looks interesting and a good way to carry tactical rifles(probably). I'm not sure if it can be effectively used in close quarter DG hunting in thick brush where all that extra straps, attachments may come in the way of quick shouldering or get stuck in the thorny bush. I just do not know but would like to should you have experience with this.

I have a lot of experience with 1, 2 and 3 point slings, especially the military type.

The biggest decision to make is whether you want a sling that is only meant to carry the rifle until action is imminent, then quickly detachable, or do you want a tactical sling designed so the rifle can be quickly brought to the shoulder and fired without removing the sling?

I prefer the 3 point tactical sling, but fitting it to a hunting rifle may present a challenge.

The 2-strap sling would just be for carrying until action is imminent. I would want a quick detach system to remove the sling, so it is out of the way when the time comes to stalk close.

I was thinking of having someone make a heavy-duty wide leather two strap sling. The gun is heavy enough that modern of the modern systems really aren't suited for the task.

For my heavy, I've a Levy padded cobra sling with the cobra end mounted on the buttstock as I more often African Carry than American. It's 2.5" wide and 0.5" think at the "cobra", and has been pretty comfortable in the field.
