Just so you know. I bought the book. Read it twice then sold it for what I paid for. In my opionion I do not understand the value Yes I learned a few things but it is highly over rated

So "ho him"I've found only one other copy for sale currently anywhere on the internet. On eBay new listed for Us$8500!

Two or three months ago several from about $700 to well over that. All sold and gone since. No second hand sale here, these were purchased from Graeme Wright, by the box about 12 or 13 years ago. Last couple left.

Did not realized that they were that expensive Just found it here in Sweden in near mint condition for 370 swedish crowns including shipping, like 40 USD, guess I finally found a real bargain then
