Hunted
Namibia (3), Zimbabwe
On my first hunts in Namibia, I had my trophies imported directly to my taxidermist here in the States. I never had anything to do with them until I picked them up after they were finished.
My trophies from my most recent hunt in Zimbabwe, are to be finished in Zimbabwe.
Is there anything I need to know relating to importing my finished trophies from Zim? Do I need an import broker to handle the paperwork? Should the shipper in Zimbabwe be familiar with the process?

If you have not done it before I would certainly be asking who they might be using or suggest.
You can handle the paperwork.
A Broker certainly can cut down on the effort expended.

I think Scott (Sestopelman) used Spherical and had reasonable success on his trophy repatriation.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
