How to remove cartridges from Norma box insert

Now that I am reloading I wish I could buy these handy inserts. I just make sure to save them along with my brass. :Happy:
 
I am so relieved. I spent sleepless hours contemplating this problem. Thank you! I feel so much more skilled and ready to tackle the difficult challenges of cartridge removal.

OK too much sarcasm - Those inserts are very handy, it is a good selling feature for Norma. ;-)
