Help with ID on Double Rifle

Hello, needing help with ID on this double rifle. Searched all over the internet and can’t find anything on who made it. Gentleman I bought it from thought it had an Italian maker but looks to have Thitiy & Liege stamped on barrel. I’m thinking Liege is Belgium. It’s chambered in 8x57JRS. The rifle is an excellent shooter. With the top barrel zeroed at 100 yards, the bottom barrel is dead on at 250 yards. Any help would be appreciated!
