I just thought I would share a company, Gordy and Sons. They have a store in Houston TX. I recently purchased a very nice Sako 85 w/ Swarovski Z6i scope from them. My experience with them was great! Very good communication and customer service. They also carry a great selection of items and offer services that people on this forum may be interested in. Give them a look and consider them in the future. I was very pleased with their service!

They are a wonderful store, and I've had some very positive experiences with them. I once purchased some ammo from them, and they sent me the wrong ammo. I called them, and in no time a replacement was sent, even before I returned the wrong ammo. First class in my view. (y)

I lived 2 miles from the store for 5 yrs and never made it inside o_O. My son still lives in the area, and one day I'll remember to actually make it over.

Gordy is having a sale and crawfish boil this Saturday.

I have had their gunsmiths work on several rifles, including a Holland and Holland as well as restore an old family shotgun. They are great for that stuff and do a lot of work on hunting rifles. Cheers

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
