GM AH from Long Island NY 375H&H vs 470NE DOUBLE RIFLE

Welcome to AH from as of this Friday a former Seaford resident moving to Georgia. As long as you can shoot your 375 well and providing it’s accurate for croc and you choose the right bullet for the job your 375 is plenty of gun. I took my buffalo with my 375 Ruger shooting Swift A Frame 300 grain bullets. More buffalo have been taken with a 375 then probably all other calibers combined.

Welcome to AH Howard! While many of the above posters are correct in the statement a 375 H&H is plenty of gun that just won’t finish the discussion.
Now is the time for you to expand your arsenal with a nice 500 Nitro Express double[emoji322][emoji322][emoji322]. Feel the unbridled power but superior feel and handling of finely crafted piece of art. Their are plenty of choices on which one is right for you.

Welcome to AH @Howard Postel! Nice to have you on the posting side, looking forward to reading your posts.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
