These are excellent scopes, and a fixed 6X is very good choice for all round Western USA hunting...........good price too................FWB

Thanks FWB. It is great for Western hunting.
Not my first choice for the bayous and thick woods down here.
If Meopta made this in 4x ( like the Zeiss Conquest 4x), I would buy a boatload of them.
Meopta optics will stand with the better Zeiss scopes which I own on low light performance.

I have two of these, one mounted on a 7x57, the other on a .375H&H, and have to say the quality for the money is outstanding.
Good luck with the sale Chef.

When I landed in the high desert, I was gonna get a a fixed power scope for light wt, simplicity, reliability and cost factors. was gonna get a 4X and a desert rat talked me into a 6x........it turned out to be just right. It was a Tasco. When I got my first MeoStar the difference was dramatic.....................FWB

Good snag, great scope!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
