Model 70 FWT Stainless, 6.5 Creedmoor, 34 rounds through, wood in like new shape. Super smooth action. Shoots really well with Hornady 129s... Such a nice rifle, I just can't make myself love the stainless. Scope, rings, and sling not included. Will leave the bases if buyer wants them.

$945 shipped in a hard case with insurance to your FFL.

Feel free to PM me with any questions. Check, USPSMO, or Venmo (preferred). First "I'll take it" here or in PM wins.

Nice rifle. I feel the same way about SS finish. Why don’t you just cerakote it and hang on to it?

Matte blacken the stainless steel. I do this to all my stainless firearms. Any good gunsmith can do it. Much better than any coating in my opinion. It is a chemical process.

I dont mind SS at all.. I've got a couple of stainless rifles in the safe...

But I agree with @WAB and @Justbryan ... getting rid of the stainless appearance is a pretty quick and affordable process...

Should be less than $200 no matter which route you take (you can actually cerakote for $44 if you trust yourself with a temp spray gun.. Ive coated a couple of my rifles myself.. and the job looks just as good as if I had paid someone.. you just have to go slow and follow the directions.. 1 4oz bottle of your preferred color of cerakote ($39) and a $5 disposable sprayer.. and youre done..)..

I’ve not heard of this process. Do you have a link for it? I use a satin Teflon on my SS rifles. It is actually much more resistant to rust in a saltwater environment than uncoated SS.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.
