For Sale 98 Mauser Semi Finished Stock Blank English Walnut

Been hanging around here for years, unsure who made it, came from Clarksville TN. Think it may have come from MidwayUSA. Anyway you can see its fairly plain with straight grain thru the PG area which is good, only real character is in the left side butt stock. Hole pattern is same as a Mark X or Whitworth, 7 and 7/8ths between holes. Barrel channel is started at 1/2". A couple of dry pics and then wet down with water to help bring out what little figure there is.
I want $100 shipped for it. Any kind of payment from a forum member is good, US sales only. Just say "I'll take it" and PM me.

AND, if it doesn’t fit John Havard’s rifle, and NJC decides he would rather find a stock made out of hickory, I would like to be next in line for consideration, as I have a Whitworth it would fit on. If not, maybe you have a Whitworth you would consider selling minus the stock? Thank you!
