Factory loads for 375H&H?

I’m soon taking delivery of a Montana Rifle Company Tsavo 375H&H and would initially like to find factory cartridges for two distinct jobs.
1) a fast bullet for large antelope in mind in the 230-250gr range. Controlled expansion. Shots to 300 yards.
2) a heavy DG bullet around 300gr that is suitable for cape buffalo and such.
What would you recommend?

If it's only PG a Barnes 250 ttsx or 270 tsx would work well. A 300 gr Barnes TSX for DG only hunt . If it's a PG/DG hunt I would keep it simple and use the 300 for tsx for everything, don't bring two different loads.
