does anyone use A-Max Bullets from Hornady ?

They make a massively wide wound channel. Might be a problem if you run into those mythical 3 feet wide animals.

I have used a 147 grain Hornady ELDM to kill a large wild boar, around 225 pounds.

He was in a trap and I wanted to see if the bullet would get through the shoulder and into the vitals at an impact velocity of around 2900 fps.

It did. No exit. Dead instantly.

I use 168 gn Zmax (Amax with a different colour tip) in my 308 and 30-06 and have taken everything up to red deer ( fallow deer pigs, goats etc) with them, shot placement is important. They are my primary goat projectile in my 308. The Zmax were marketed as a hunting round, granted for fantasy make believe zombies , but still for hunting

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
