I sent an email recently to CZ-USA, asking them for their current price list. Was mainly interested in the safari express rifles that come out of the semi-custom shop, Triple River Gunsmithing (http://tripleriver.net/). They sent the attached price list. I thought I would share it with anyone interested. PM if you'd like a copy. I will post as an attachment if one of the moderators says that's okay.

Feel free to do so.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing.

375 Ruger fan you might be able to answer a question. Here in Australia we are told by the CZ importer, Winchester, that CZ is not making the Safari magnums any more. Is this the case, that price list says they are????

As I understand it, the magnums are made in the CZ custom shop, which is a place called Triple River Gunsmithing (http://tripleriver.net/).

Thanks 375 Ruger Fan. I will contact them. When a mate contacted CZ they told him to contact the importer and Winchester Australia told him they were discontinued.

I really doubt they build the actions at Triple River. I believe they get the basic guns shipped over from the main factory and then do the list of customizations as listed. I think they produce the fancier Safari Classics models as well as the special editions, such as Craig Boddington 375 H&H.

ActionBob: yes, you are correct. I did not mean to imply the guns were totally manufactured by Triple River. They are simply modified. I think most people know CZs are made in the Czech Republic and imported to the US. In addtion to Triple River, other folks on this site have mentioned AHR (http://americanhuntingrifles.com/) as another gunsmith specializing in upgrading CZ rifles.

Congrats and welcome to the .404 club. Mine did a great job on buffalo.
I hope you get to put it to good use soon.

Thanks for sharing Ruger fan

I have a CZ Custom Shop gun in 500 Jeffery. Nicer wood than standard, gone through a bit better, McGowan barrels at least on mine. I love the gun.

Beautiful stock!

GREAT guns - my only complaint??? I can't get enough of them to sell! VERY limited manufacturing capability, but I guess that help explains the QUALITY of the guns.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
