We have booked a hunt in Limpopo in mid May. Our flights have been cancelled due to the Virus. We paid a deposit to the outfitter. However, to date the outfitter has not responded.
To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Who is the outfitter? He needs to be working with you to reschedule. This website seems to be great for helping get people in contact.

How have you tried to contact him? Internet can be spotty at times in Africa. Do you have a number to WhatsAp message him? That is often more reliable. Most african outfitters are trying to rebook clients and "make a plan". Try a few more times. It would help if you name them on here. Someone else may have an easy way to contact them.
