The Hunting area is the far north 25 000 acres SINGLE Property of unspoiled bushveld, riverine bush and savannah, north of the Soutpansberg mountain. The size of the property and its great diversity of flora enables kemp African safaris to provide sustainable habitat for most of the indigenous species that have roamed this area for hundreds of years. At Far North we offer in excess of fifteen huntable species including lion. Cape buffalo, white rhino, leopard, roan antelope and sable antelope can also be found on the ranch. The hunt is carefully planned in accordance with the wishes and abilities of each individual client. All our hunting is done in the true spirit of fair chase.

we have a few options for the ladies to keep them occupied should they want to do a day trip we have a few option :
Game viewing from open vehicle or from hides at waterholes.
Lion viewing – Admire the resident lion pride lazing under an African thorn tree
Mapungubwe National Park and World Heritage Site – Only 45 min drive from main lodge , the ideal location for a day trip! Enjoy a view over the confluence of the Shashe and Limpopo rivers where South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana meet.
Kruger National Park – The world-renowned Kruger National Park offers a wildlife experience that ranks with the best in Africa. Kruger National Park is only 1 hour 45 min drive from main camp . Combine your safari with a Kruger National Park fully guided .we can do a two or tree day trip that will include a boat cruise up the largest green canyon in the world and the opportunity to hand feed a hippo .
Crocodile farm – Adventurous Guided Crocodile tours, an opportunity to hold a baby crocodile!
Elephant Back Safari Tour – Explore the wild atop the world’s largest land mammal.
Curio shops / shopping – Spend some time browsing through one of South Africa’s many curio shops and find the perfect gift or souvenir to take home as a memento of your African Safari!

Deposit
A deposit of $1000 is required upon booking your hunting safari. Daily rates must be paid in full 30 days prior to commencement of hunt. The balance is payable upon completion of the safari. Only trophies taken or wounded are charged for.
