Any Advice For a Youngster?

hi all. I have recent move to George in the Western Cape and I would like to start hunting in the area for bushbuck and Bushpig etc. I have done hunting in the past on private farms up north but now I need to get serious.

I want to find out about what I need to do in terms of getting a hunting liscense and where to get one? how do i get permission for hunting on land I do not own? I also need to know when hunting season is??

I hunt only with crossbow.
Can anyone with knowledge or experience in the George/Oudshoorn area help me get started?
