Ammo availability in Africa

What is the cost and lead time for these rounds if one should need ammo?

I’ve never had cartridges made up by OPM, but I believe its a matter of days.

I’ve ordered bullets from Claw, Rhino, and Stewart before, and never waited longer than a week to get them.
