Aardwolves and Civets, what is a good place with a lot of them?

Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Namibia, Australia, Spain, Germany, all over the United States
I think things have changes since my last African safari in 2005, but it seems like a lot of the smaller predators are more available. Back then in Namibia you could shoot a Cape Fox, but not a Bat Eared fox and there were no Cape foxes but tons of Bat eared foxes. Aardwolves were totally off the menu, but I believe they are now available in some areas of Namibia.

What countries and specifically what areas are really good for aardwolves and civets?
