My last hunt I shot a 30-06 suppressed, didn't feel the recoil. I would ask the outfitter what rifles they have with suppressor. If she can shoot a 270 without suppressor she definitely can shoot 30-06 with suppressor.

@DieJager - I would hope so because with .30-06 & .270 using the same 150 gr bullet (at same velocity) and assuming Same-weight-rifle: recoil should be “almost the same”…within 5%-7%? I own both and unless shooting many rounds at the Bench - notice very little difference.

If she shoots your 270 well I would just take it for her.I shot my hyena with a 416 Rem....lol
