Bearhunter, thank you for your input highly appreciated.

One of the reasons this seems higher than normal is due to the fact that this hunt takes place on 29000 acres of Proclaimed Private Game Reserve, this is not your average game farm.

Perhaps the point was missed here:

Hunter 1 pays Day Rate plus Species listed (Impala, Warthog, Kudu, Zebra): Hunter 2 pay only day rate and get the following FREE (Impala, Warthog, Gemsbuck or Bushbuck)

As mentioned above the fact that we are hunting on a Private Game Reserve and not a lot of Trophy Hunting is conducted on this property the quality of Trophies are exceptional.

The same package can be done on a Game Farm, 19 000 acres for $2500 less ($7 445) this does not mean trophy quality is not good.

Anyone contemplating this hunt I can assure you Kevin and Theo, TDK Safaris, do one heck of a great job. I hunted with them in 2010 in Zimbabwe, took 3 cape buffaloes, eland, grysbok, tuskless cow elephant. They run an honest business, work very hard to produce the game, and are a pleasure to spend time with!!
