When my wife and I flew that route we were the seats to the right of the highlighted green. Was a great as I’m a bit taller than the average person but you don’t get to put anything under the seat ahead of you. Once the flight took off they let me take my bag down and put it in front of me...
I first herd about this slam a couple years back after seeing a sticker on a truck at the marina. Did some digging on it and hats off to you. Congrats on a great accomplishment.
Things are a bit nuts right now. I just traded in my 2017 Chevy high country that was 6.2 gas. Was my work truck (self employed tile contractor) and had 105k miles on it they gave me $32k for it, honestly I don’t think it’s worth it but thankful for what I got as the new one is way more than that.
I had those exact same moths on half my taxidermy. Those stupid things are hide moths, the moths don’t do any damage it’s the larve that eat the cuticle on hair. They are hard to get rid of, call an exterminator and have him take care of it.
I wrapped my stuff I could in a bag and put it in...
I have a Bergara trainer in 22lr. It’s the same weight and size as the standard rifle. They make the other caliber you are looking for and goes for about $950. I bought it and put a nightforce scope on so it’s the exact same a the larger rifle. I can consistently shoot an 6” steel at 200 yds...
I live in Mn and deer hunting in my area is slug only. A lot of people around here use scopes, fully rifled barrel and sabot slugs. I prefer the Winchester patrician gold or now x3 I believe. Hornady are decent as well. It’s like other things find the right load for your gun. I average about 6...
The benelli black eagle has a raised rib. The problem I had with shotguns is they will fit your body and look beautiful but the rib is standard or low. I had a benelli legacy and a browning sweet 16 that I loved looking at but the rib was just a dot on the barrel and couldn’t hit a barn door...
I guess I used 1 arrow with my bow set up and my Cape buffalo went 45 yds and expired. Another guy in camp used a 375 and needed 2 backup shots on his. Right equipment and shot placement goes along way with archery.
I took my buffalo at 26yds with my bow. I drew on him 3 times that day before I let the arrow fly. It hit its mark and went down within 45 yds. Although the day before we got charged by him and that is definitely a pucker moment.
I put in for NH for the last 5 years. When you put in for NH and other certain states you need to keep applying. If you miss a year you loose your points. The way they do it is however many points you have is how many times your name is in the hat. So in theory you could draw with 1 or not draw...
